One way we try to love our customers is by respecting your time. So, our process is designed to not waste your time in any way. It begins with a preliminary estimate. Fill out a short form and we will combine your information with a few assumptions, to give you an estimate within 24 hours. The purpose for this is to see if this project fits in your budget. If it does, we will proceed to the next step. If it doesn't, you will at least have a little more information that may help you decide how to move forward.

You have received our preliminary estimate and would like to get more serious about this. Great, lets schedule an onsite visit. We will come out to do an inspection of the property and meet you in person. There may be some site work that needs to be done before we can build.

Now that we have a thorough understanding of your project, and we have inspected the building site, we will put together a fixed price bid for the project. This number will be firm, not to change. Another way we strive to love our customers is to not let there be any surprises when the final bill is due. We will stick to our fixed price bid. If during the process you want to make changes to the project, we will make use of change orders that will require signatures from both our team and the customer.

Once we have received the engineered drawings, we will immediately start working on getting the drawings stamped and permits pulled. This can be a tedious process and sometime frustrating, but that’s why you hire us! We will build a professional and accurate site plan as well as compile all of the documents required by the county and work between them and you.

 Your vision becomes material! Throughout the process of construction, you will receive weekly reports with video footage showing our progress. 

Once we pass all of the inspections with flying colors, then we present our masterpiece to you. Final payment will be due.
